You may not know Yoji Shinkawa by name, but if you've spent any time in Solid Snake's world, you've more than likely seen his work. An artist by trade, Yoji has gained quite a rep in gaming circles for his stylized designs and art direction for Konami's Metal Gear Solid and Zone of Enders series. Next year, Konami will be paying its respects to Shinkawa and his works during the “The Art of Yoji Shinkawa” exhibit in Tokyo...

Above: Reverie will send you back to the Castle to help Carmilla

Konami has announced two new DLC packs for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, which will introduce new areas, monsters, and story lines. Titled ‘Reverie,’ the first of the two new add-ons will take players back to the Castle to aid former vampire servant Carmilla. We've seen LittleBigPlanet 2 beta creations, gadget demonstrations, level building tutorials, and even the sublime Kevin Butler team-up, but up until now Media Molecule has been relatively quiet about the game's main campaign. It's with great interest then, that with just weeks away from its release and a day after its North American demo debut on PSN, we are finally able to get an official glimpse at the seemingly epic adventure that awaits Sackboy in January...

Activision's feud with fired Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella is now officially just one illicit gay affair away from a full-blown soap opera. Seriously, it's popcorn time. There could not be a better start to the panto season.
As you probably remember, the ex-Infinity Ward men - now at new studio Respawn Entertainment, under EA - are suing Activision. They're saying that previous to firing them. Activision deliberately withheld staff bonuses in order to bribe Infinity Ward staff to stay onboard.
*boo! hiss!*
As of today though, Activision is claiming that EA boss John Riccitiello schmoozed West and Zampella to leave Activision as long ago as last summer, and that the IW men tried to "crush" rival Call of Duty dev Treyarch. Oh, and that Activision itself only didn't pay the bonuses because West and Zampella wouldn't let them. And it only gets juicier. Click on, and I'll relate to you the rest of these insane "Oh no, he isn't!" "Oh yes he is!" shenanigans.
